• Lead the deployment and adoption of a new Performance & Growth framework across the organization.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, HR teams and key business stakeholders.
• Develop and execute change management and engagement strategies to ensure successful implementation.
• Create impactful communication, training and adoption plans to support employees and people managers.
• Design and facilitate leadership workshops, manager enablement sessions and stakeholder forums.
• Strengthen organizational capability through best‑practice approaches to performance, feedback, coaching and development.
• Monitor implementation progress and recommend actions to drive engagement, consistency and long‑term success.
