Performance Ad Designer

We're a performance marketing agency working with mortgage brokers & real estate companies across the United States.
We run highly structured ad campaigns where:
- Copy is generated using AI
-Background images are created using AI tools (e.g., Nano Banana)
-Layout inspiration comes from high-performing Pinterest and real estate ads
- The designer executes and rebuilds ads cleanly inside Figma
This is not a design from scratch role.
This is a precision execution role inside a proven system.
What You'll Be Doing:
For each ad:
- Rebuilding layouts in Figma based on reference images
-Applying structured copy exactly as provided
-Ensuring typography hierarchy is clean and premium
-Swapping in AI-generated background images
-Maintaining spacing, alignment, and readability
-Exporting Meta-ready ad creatives
- Organising files cleanly by state and client

-Writing copy
-Inventing new concepts
