KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Conduct consumer research to support worldwide innovation and renovation
Design and execute consumer quantitative and qualitative test, independently moderate focus group discussion/in-depth interview, supervise research field work, process data analysis, meanwhile draw and elaborate research report.Work closely with research agencies starting from project brief to complete research activities with full delivery on time and quality. Co-work with global RBP team on worldwide projects and bring China specifics into the study.− Maintain the internal consumer panel to generate actionable insights through quarterly studies, while continually optimizing the platform and ensuring data is well-organized for efficient access.
