**感知融合架构工程师（矿山无人驾驶方向）**
**岗位职责：**
**架构设计与规划** ： 定义和设计矿用无人驾驶车辆的感知系统架构，并制定长期演进路线，涵盖激光雷达、摄像头、毫米波雷达等多传感器的组合应用，以满足复杂矿山作业环境的感知需求。 **融合算法研发与优化** ： 主导开发环境感知算法，包括目标检测、目标跟踪、传感器数据融合等，持续优化算法精度和实时性能，确保感知系统的高精度和高稳定性。着重提高多传感器融合感知的可靠性，降低误检漏检率。 **系统集成与调试** ： 与定位、决策规划、控制等团队协作，将感知模块与整车系统进行集成测试和联调优化，确保感知结果能无缝对接后续模块，支持无人矿卡在现场的安全稳定运行。 **技术前沿跟进** ： 密切关注自动驾驶感知领域的新技术趋势，了解行业内视觉主导与激光雷达主导两大主流感知技术路线的优劣。将先进的感知技术（如 BEV 感...
