**感知算法工程师（矿山无人驾驶方向）**
**岗位职责：**
设计并优化矿山无人驾驶场景下的多传感器融合感知系统，包括激光雷达、摄像头、毫米波雷达等，实现高精度环境建模与目标识别。 开发并迭代感知检测与融合算法，如BEV感知、Occupancy Grid、语义分割、目标跟踪等，提升系统在复杂地形和极端天气下的鲁棒性。 针对矿区扬尘、雨雪、夜间低光等特殊工况，研发抗干扰与冗余机制，保障感知系统稳定运行。 在车规级嵌入式平台（如 NVIDIA Orin）上部署感知算法，优化计算效率与资源利用，实现算法的工程化落地。 与硬件、控制、系统集成等团队协同工作，参与从传感器选型、标定到整车部署的全流程，确保感知模块与整车系统的高效协同。
