A healthcare facility seeks a Per Diem Pharmacist to provide expert pharmacy services at their Chicago, IL location. The role involves accurate medication distribution, counseling patients on proper drug use, and delivering exceptional customer care in a fast-paced environment.


Schedule:



  • July 10, 15, 16, 17, 24, 29, 30, and 31, 2026

  • 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (9-hour shifts)


Key Responsibilities:



  • Dispense medications prescribed by authorized healthcare practitioners

  • Educate patients on medication usage, side effects, and interactions

  • Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards

  • Foster positive patient relationships by providing attentive customer service


Qualifications:



  • Valid Illinois Pharmacist License
