Assignment Type :- Per Diem
Position :- LVN/LPN
Facility :- UnityPoint Health
Address :- 700 E University Ave Des Moines, IA
Shift :- Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)
Must have prior experience in Medical Surgical
COVID-19 Vaccine : Required
LPN must be available to pick up 2-3 shifts consistently every week.
Work may occasionally require travel to other UPH facilities. May drive a UPH vehicle, rental or own vehicle.
REQUIREMENTS :
Experience or clinical time in inpatient care, skilled care or LTC.- Required
Successful completion of a licensed practical nurse program from an accredited college. - Required
Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Iowa. - Required
Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA or Red cross - Required
