Available Shifts & Pay

+ 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM, Monday–Friday — $20/hr
+ 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM, Sunday-Thursday - $21/hr

Job Description:

+ Assemble Components — Build quick‑release couplings with accuracy and consistency
+ Operate Tools & Equipment — Use hand tools and assembly machinery
+ Inspect Products — Verify functionality and meet quality standards
+ Package completed assemblies for shipment
+ Follow standard work instructions and all safety procedures
+ Maintain a clean workspace using 5S principles
+ Participate in A3 and 3‑Legged 5 Why continuous improvement activities
+ Achieve 90%+ daily attainment
+ Contribute to a positive, safety‑focused team environment
