Job Requirement: PeopleSoft Techno‑Functional Consultant (Offshore – India)

Location: India (Preferred: Hyderabad)

Work Mode: Hybrid – Ability to work from the Hyderabad office at least 2 times per week

Engagement: Long-term assignment

Experience: 8+ years


Key Responsibilities

  • Configure PeopleSoft HCM for newly onboarded entities as part of global M&A initiatives.
  • Update and validate vendor integrations and upstream/downstream system connections.
  • Perform end-to-end functional tasks including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Prepare high-quality design documents, test scripts, and test plans.
  • Collaborate with developers to evaluate technical components such as Application Engine, SQR,...
