Job Description
Administer PeopleSoft HCM applications and PeopleTools (8.57+) environments
Deploy, configure, and maintain PeopleSoft application services and servers
Manage system performance, patching, and troubleshooting across multiple environments
Monitor and maintain enterprise-critical applications on Linux servers
Build and support operational IT solutions, including provisioning and scaling services
Perform rotational on-call duties for system monitoring and issue resolution
Collaborate with global support teams to ensure 24/7 application uptime
Implement ITIL best practices for incident management, change management, and problem resolution
Automate administrative tasks using shell scripting
Support WebLogic and Apache servers for PeopleSoft deployment
Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
