EY is seeking Manager or Senior Manager level leaders in People Consulting to guide complex transformation programs in Switzerland and beyond. You will partner with senior client stakeholders to design and deliver change, learning, and workforce initiatives across ERP, digital, and operating model transformations.You will lead teams, grow client relationships, and contribute to market activities.
