The People Technology Analyst provides technical support for human capital management (HCM)/People systems across all functions and platforms, including core data, time management, talent acquisition, performance, learning, benefits, and compensation. The People Technology Analyst supports People system functions and drives department system implementations to support overall business needs. This role serves as the technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas.
