Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
People & Talent Assistant

to support our HR and talent acquisition functions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment within a fast-paced environment and will assist with end-to-end hiring as well as daily HR operations, including payroll support.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels

  • Conduct initial candidate screening and pre-screening interviews

  • Coordinate and schedule final interviews with hiring managers

  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers

  • Assist in employer branding and job posting activities
