About the Role

We’re looking for a People Systems Manager to help build and run the engine that powers Robinhood’s HR and Payroll systems. This role is both strategic and highly operational, combining hands-on technical execution with people leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

The right candidate is a true player-coach who enjoys being deep in the systems while also leading and developing a team.
