Emanate Technology is proud to partner with ASC, Australia’s sovereign submarine builder, to recruit a People Systems (HRIS) Specialist who will play a key role in delivering ASC’s people technology strategy. This is a strategic, hands-on role supporting ASC’s mission-critical workforce across major defence programs.
About the Role As ASC’s People Systems (HRIS) Specialist, you will:
- Lead the implementation, optimisation, and day-to-day management of People Systems across the organisation.
- Ensure HR platforms are secure, reliable, accurate, and aligned with ASC’s workforce and operational requirements.
- Partner with P&C and IT to maintain data integrity, system governance, and process efficiency.
