Job Description


We are looking for a People System Specialist for a Shared Services Center.
The person holding this position will perform a variety of daily administrative functions of the HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure the integrity of the data and the processing and reporting of HR data.
Main responsibilities:
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all data entered, maintain data in HRIS systems and databases, and ensure that information is available in a timely manner.
- Perform group data updates, exports, imports, cleanings and investigations / reports on any data discrepancies.
- Coordinate, schedule and track the progress of specialized work projects
- Prepare minutes, notices, manuals, agendas and correspondence with all supporting documentation, which requires the application of specialized knowledge of the assigned function.
