Job Description
The People Solutions Senior Associate collaborates with various departments including but not limited to: Payroll, Operations (service categories, States, Supervisors, Managers, Employees, etc.,) Human Resources: People & Culture (P&C), Talent Acquisition, Benefits, etc., and cross-departmentally to ensure we are elevating the employee experience. The PSS provides a range of support to include but not limited to administrative support, data-entry and reporting, and ensures effective and consistent delivery of HR services for the assigned operational and People & Culture (P&C) team.
Requirements:
Education And/Or Experience
BA/BS Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any course relevant to the role or;
At least 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources Information Systems, or other HR related role
