Nike operates in a highly collaborative environment. This role sits within a team of HR professionals and business stakeholders, reporting to the People Solutions Director for the region. The role partners closely with people managers across Italy, supporting both corporate and store-based teams.
The individual collaborates with the EMEA HQ People Solutions organization and Centers of Expertise to implement programs, represent local requirements, and leverage specialist knowledge. In addition, the role connects with People Solutions Consulting peers across regions to exchange insights, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement. Strong stakeholder management across retail and corporate teams is critical to ensuring teammate needs and business priorities are clearly understood and effectively represented.
