Description

The People Solutions & Benefits Manager is specifically responsible for U.S. based People Solutions and employee benefits programs and requires strong working knowledge of U.S. labor regulations, benefits administration, and compliance standards. This role will be accountable for the operational delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of people services and employee benefits supporting frontline and operational teams. This role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant execution of benefits administration and employee lifecycle processes, while serving as a key people partner to Operations leaders. This is an execution-driven leadership role focused on operational excellence, workforce stability, and employee experience within a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
