  • Facilitate employment life cycle data management and changes such as but not limited to onboarding, contract processing, new hire registration and profile creation, job detail changes/ movements, competency/training requirements, offboarding, etc.
  • Facilitate talent acquisition from candidate screening, interview schedules/invites, reference checks, and other relevant new hire/onboarding back-end processes.
  • Facilitate time registration, and travel and bill expenses administration.
  • Leave administration and other relevant employees benefit from data administration in the system.
  • Responsible for document management related to courses, performance management, and training in the systems, including issuance of employment certificates and other relevant documents.
  • Maintain and update competence file and support in the electronic filing system structure.
