Role Purpose
The People Shared Services Administrator plays a key role within the People Operations function, providing administrative and operational support to the business, employees, and People teams. This role ensures the consistent application of policies, procedures and practices while maintaining high standards of data accuracy, compliance and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to employee and manager queries in a timely and professional manner via shared services channels, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
- Manage and process employee requests, including:
- Employment documentation and verification letters
- Completion of employment-related forms
- Onboarding and offboarding support
- Maintain and validate employee data within core HCM systems, ensuring accuracy, integrity and compliance.
