Job Summary
The People Services Partner supports and assists with the daily functions of the People Experience and Talent Management department. This role provides broad exposure to People Services, including benefits administration, onboarding, colleague relations, compliance, and policy enforcement. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a people‑first approach.
Essential Functions and Tasks
Ticketing
- Respond to colleague inquiries and route tickets to the appropriate People Partner or department.
- Provide timely and accurate information via the People ticketing system.
Onboarding
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Administer and analyze onboarding surveys.
Colleague Relations and Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns.
