As a People Services Associate, you will support core HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of HR processes for Hilti India. Your role will focus on maintaining accurate HR data, managing employee queries, and delivering timely HR services to enhance the overall employee experience.

What You'll do

  • Maintain and update HRIS (Workday), ensuring accurate employee data and seamless HR transactions.
  • Manage onboarding and exit processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience and compliance
  • Generate and issue employee letters, including Offer, Appointment, Promotion, etc.
  • Create and publish dashboards to monitor and enhance people services delivery
  • Maintain HR records and documentation in an organized manner.
  • Coordinate with Finance and external vendors for HR-related payments.
