Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and manage general inquiries efficiently.
  • Manage the full onboarding and offboarding processes, including employment contracts, system updates, equipment allocation, and benefits enrollment or termination.
  • Administer employee lifecycle changes in HR systems, including job changes, promotions, terminations, and benefits updates.
  • Oversee security screening processes for new hires and renewals, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
  • Support payroll processes by ensuring accurate data handover and calculations.
  • Provide guidance on general HR matters and escalate complex issues to the HR advisory team as needed.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth HR operations.
