People Services Advisor, EMEA

As a member of the Shared Services team, you will support the administration of the day-to-day operations of the People function in the United Kingdom and Ireland, handling first level queries from employees and managers. You play a critical role in maintaining internal records and ensuring all People function activities are executed in a compliant and timely manner.

About the Role

  • Manage incoming HR cases and ensure compliance with established service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Oversee employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring adherence to policies and regulations.
  • Handle complex HR tasks, projects, and Tier 2 escalations while providing expert guidance.
