Job Description
Our People Relations team partners closely with leaders and employees to support thoughtful, consistent approaches to performance improvement, workplace concerns, and moments that matter across the employee experience. This role blends hands-on case support with proactive coaching, helping create a workplace grounded in trust, accountability, and thoughtful decision-making.
**What you’ll do (day-to-day)**
+ Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on performance improvement, workplace concerns, and conflict resolution
+ Guide leaders through key moments in the employee lifecycle, including performance conversations, written feedback, and improvement plans
