About the role
Mercy Community has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner tojoin our People and Culture Team on a permanent full-time basis at our corporate office in Nudgee.
Reporting to the Head of People and Culture the position is responsible for partnering closely with the Mercy Community leaders to deliver HR support. Working across all aspects of the employee lifecycle, you will coach and assist leaders in effective people leadership. This includes providing positive and proactive advice regarding the resolution of workplace and employee disputes and grievances. Additionally, through the provision of workforce insights and initiatives, you will work closely with leaders to understand business challenges and priorities and translate business needs into HR initiatives. You will also implement the strategic workforce plan and the people lifecycle within your remits
