Summary:

The People Partner will provide high-quality HR advice and support across a range of employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment law, HR policies, and best practice. The role will focus on managing disciplinary, grievance, capability, and attendance cases, supporting managers with complex people issues, updating HR policies, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
