Job Description
Responsibilities : Provision of legally compliant and sound advice and guidance provided to managers and employees on a variety of case management issues.
Responsible for all employee relations Case Management (i.e. underperformance, disciplinary, cross border, grievance, and sickness absence)
Executing a portfolio of business change projects and in-country projects in collaboration with HRBPs.
Providing support to HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to execute the delivery of cyclical HR processes (i.e. Talent, Rewards). Requirements Experience in managing high risk employment-related cases from intake to investigation to resolution.
Proven success partnering and collaborating with stakeholders’ cross-functionally and at all levels.
