Job Description

Responsibilities :
  • Provision of legally compliant and sound advice and guidance provided to managers and employees on a variety of case management issues.

  • Responsible for all employee relations Case Management (i.e. underperformance, disciplinary, cross border, grievance, and sickness absence)

  • Executing a portfolio of business change projects and in-country projects in collaboration with HRBPs. 

  • Providing support to HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to execute the delivery of cyclical HR processes (i.e. Talent, Rewards).
  • Requirements

    Essential Knowledge & Experience: 

  • Experience in managing high risk employment-related cases from intake to investigation to resolution.

  • Proven success partnering and collaborating with stakeholders’ cross-functionally and at all levels.
