People & Organisation Business Partner Manager

We have a great opportunity for an experienced P&O Business Partner Manager based in Malaysia to be a member of the site leadership team to support our business leaders with a full range of HR practices, ranging from recruitment, onboarding, performance coaching, talent and learning development and provide expert advice on full spectrum of HR activities. In addition, you’ll deliver effective people manager support and leadership development.

You’ll need a good business understanding and a pragmatic, solutions focused approach, able to build consensus and positive collaborative approaches among key stakeholders in engineering, operations and supply chain, as well as regional and global HR.
