Job Description
Work with the AD of People Operations & Technology and partner teams to manage projects from discovery and design through completion. This will include crafting the strategy, developing the implementation plans, and coordinating project related activities.Support in managing projects which includes requirements gathering, status tracking, etc. and communicating actions and next stepsEvaluate current pain points and make process recommendations to internal partners as well as drive implementation of process changes across the APAC people team.Support ongoing special projects and programs, such as systems implementations, case management, knowledge database, HR system updates, etc.Audit data housed in the HRIS system to ensure compliance and data accuracy.Research international statutory and customary practices regarding leaves, allowances, best practices, etc. Develop and maintain documentation, guides, and decks based on country...
