We are redesigning our HR service delivery to be leaner, smarter, and more efficient. We are seeking a Tech‑Minded POS Partner to lead the transformation of HR operations, governance, and automation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and govern end‑to‑end HR cycles, including performance ratings, bonus administration, and promotion exercises, ensuring operational readiness, process integrity, and timeliness.
- Oversee core HR processes such as onboarding/offboarding, vendor payments and claims processing, setting service standards, resolving issues and driving continuous improvement.
- Act as senior point of contact for complex HR process and system queries, providing expert guidance and managing stakeholder experience.
- Maintain data accuracy and compliance through validation, audits and governance mechanisms.
