People Operations Specialist with Italian

For our client, a dynamically growing SSC, we are looking for a People Operations Specialist to support the HR team.

What will your tasks involve?

• Manage employee time and attendance (T&A) matters, checking for anomalies and maintaining employee assigned shifts


• Provide efficient administrative support relating to HR topics including, but not limited to: 
  - Starter & Leaver Processes  
  - Resolving HR Queries  
  - Acting as support to Managers and People Business Enablers/HR Partners 
  - Monitor and action processes and request workflows in our HR service delivery case management platform  
  - Employee Benefits Administration  
  - Supporting activities to increase user adoption of the HR case management platform
