Our client is seeking a People Operations Coordinator/Specialist to support a variety of People Operations initiatives with a primary focus on leave administration, process improvement, employee communications, and project support. This individual will partner closely with the People Operations team to improve leave-related processes, enhance employee and manager communications, document operational workflows, and support ongoing HR projects. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and is comfortable working with stakeholders across various functions.
Schedule: 16–24 hours per week (2–3 days/week)
Location: Fully onsite during scheduled working hours.
