People operations officer

Required: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources and Industrial Psychology or equivalent.

Preferred: Recognition is given to prior learning and practical experience. Experience

Required: 1–3 years HR generalist experience. Previous HR administration/generalist experience. Experience in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and HR reporting. Knowledge of relevant labour legislation (e.g., BCEA, LRA, EEA).
