What the Role Entails

1. Process COE

  • As point of contact of Shared Service Team, optimize and maintain global/regional standardized SOPs for onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding processes, ensuring operational excellence.
  • Continuously optimize process workflows to reduce cycle time, minimize manual intervention, and improve data accuracy by collaborating with cross-functional team and COEs within Shared Service Team.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for process-related queries, providing guidance to HRSSC teams, internal HRs, and business stakeholders.​
  • 2. Operational Oversight

  • Oversee the execution of critical/non-standard employee lifecycle processes, identify bottlenecks in upstream/downstream workflows, and lead root-cause analysis for issue resolution.
