What the Role Entails
1. Process COE
As point of contact of Shared Service Team, optimize and maintain global/regional standardized SOPs for onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding processes, ensuring operational excellence.Continuously optimize process workflows to reduce cycle time, minimize manual intervention, and improve data accuracy by collaborating with cross-functional team and COEs within Shared Service Team.Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for process-related queries, providing guidance to HRSSC teams, internal HRs, and business stakeholders.2. Operational Oversight
