Lastwall is seeking a People Operations Manager to own and operate the People function across our growing U.S. and Canadian team.

This is a standalone, high-ownership role based in Fredericton, New Brunswick, serving as the primary People Operations presence for the company. The role requires both strategic leadership and hands‑on execution across People Operations, HR systems, hiring, employee lifecycle management, compliance, and organizational support.

The People Operations Manager will work closely with leadership and managers across the organization to help build scalable, consistent, and compliant People processes as Lastwall continues to grow.
