Job Description

Enhance HR practices as the People and Talent Operations Manager in a high-growth startup. You will oversee payroll, benefits, and compliance processes across the U.S. and Canada.
In this role, you will manage the complete payroll and contractor payment processes while ensuring compliance with employment laws in diverse jurisdictions. You will also be responsible for designing and implementing onboarding and offboarding protocols, as well as supporting recruiting operations through efficient management of the ATS. Building and enforcing HR policies and processes will be key for scaling the organization efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
