People Operations Generalist - HR, Payroll & Onboarding

ClinicMind is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations in Metro Manila. The role covers hiring, payroll support, compliance, performance management, employee relations, and records management.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of HR experience, strong communication and interviewing skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is required.
