Role Overview

As People Operations Associate, you will own the contractor life-cycle at Flexiple—from the moment a candidate is selected by a client, through multiple project stints, all the way to a smooth exit. Reporting directly to the COO, you'll be an individual contributor who partners with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and our global clients to guarantee timely joins, high retention, and contractor delight.
