• Act as the first point of contact for complex and non standard People queries.
• Support onboarding, contracts, probation, changes to employment and offboarding activity.
• Provide advice and guidance to managers on policies, processes and employee matters.
• Help drive data accuracy, reporting and continuous improvement across People Operations.
• Support digital transformation, HR systems optimisation and AI enabled process improvements.
