What you will do:

• Coordinate and support the local Accounting Energy team in Madrid
• Act as the main contact for organizational and employee-related matters on site
• Support vacation and absence planning in close collaboration with Swiss leadership teams
• Ensure timely invoicing, reconciliation, and maintenance of accounts receivable processes
• Manage accounts payable activities including invoice posting, payment runs, and account clearing
• Contribute to compliant and efficient accounting processes in line with internal controls and regulations
