Job Description

Sunrise GmbH is seeking a data-driven HR analytics professional to lead end-to-end analytics projects across talent, performance, recruiting, and workforce planning. You’ll combine structured and unstructured data, use Excel, Python, R, PowerBI and other tools to deliver actionable insights and executive-ready briefings.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance and central analytics teams, build scalable data products, and continuously improve dashboards to forecast workforce trends.
