The Role
We are looking for a Seasonal People Admin to support the people operations in Ibiza. The People Admin will work with and report directly to the People Partner. This is a fast‑moving business so we are looking for the right individual to be autonomous and pick up multiple tasks and projects at once. The role requires the right balance between understanding business strategy/objectives and being able to deliver the principles in a people capacity.
