About The Role
You will play a central role in shaping HQ's culture and employee growth strategy. This position integrates Learning & Development with employee engagement to create meaningful experiences across the employee lifecycle. L&D is the top priority of this role: you will design, launch, and measure end-to-end programs that build capability, strengthen connection, and reinforce culture, ensuring every employee at HQ is supported, valued, and prepared to grow.
Working Hours
9 AM - 5 PM PST (6 PM - 2 AM Serbian time)
Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and iterate learning programs aligned to HQ's strategic goals, covering both professional and leadership development.
- Own our LMS: configuration, course creation, assignments, reporting, adoption/engagement tracking, and continuous improvement.
