Salary: $60 - $70 per hour + super

About the Role

Reporting to the Manager, People Experience, the successful candidate will be a seasoned HR generalist acting as an independent operator in a fast-paced environment. This role provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR advice, manages employee movement data, and supports the transition of new employees into the agency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Selection: Manage the placement of vacancy advertising and support hiring managers with position description reviews, conducting job evaluations, and submitting for panel consideration.
