ROLE: Lead and implement the company's L&D programs and Annual Plan; Design, coordinate, and deliver training sessions across all formats (in-person, online, hybrid); Oversee e-learning platform and learning analytics to optimize programs; Create and maintain training materials (manuals, workshops, videos, presentations); Organize internal events, team-building initiatives, and employee engagement activities; Support onboarding, career development, performance reviews, and succession planning; Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies; Track learning KPIs and suggest strategic improvements; Act as an HR and talent development advisor across the organization.
