Grad School Dean/ABAY Manager/Nesting Manager – is a specialized role focused on employee development, training and career progression and help staff reach their full potential within the BPO organization.
Responsibilities
- Talent Development – helps employees grow their careers and realize their potential from their
- Operational Support – work alongside operations leaders to improve associate skills, knowledge and performance
- Training Oversight – assist in delivering training on the floor and maintaining subject matter expertise for programs/LOBs
Process Improvement
- Identify Inefficiencies
- Analyze process performance across functions (gaps between recruitment, training, ABAY and Operations)
- Review KPIs and error rates
- Conduct data-driven assessments to find bottlenecks, gaps and challenges
- Facilitate structured RCA lessons using 5 Whys, fishbone, pareto, etc ...
