Key Responsibilities
Strategic Alignment & Advisory: Act as a primary consultant to senior business leaders to diagnose organizational gaps and ensure learning strategies directly drive the company’s long-term objectives.
Ecosystem Architecture: Design and oversee a high-impact learning infrastructure that utilizes digital platforms to support self-paced, curiosity-driven, and modular learning.
Leadership & Mentorship Culture: Scale peer-to-peer learning and formalize internal mentorship frameworks, transforming subject matter expertise into reusable organizational knowledge.
