As a People Data & Analytics Analyst, you will support Human Resources team in analyzing data, managing HR dashboarding portfolio, and generating insights to enhance HR strategy. This role will involve metrics tracking and analysis, focused on improving the way workforce data is used for decision making in HR and the business. You will partner with People Data and Analytics team members, and Community of Practice (CoP), HR colleagues, and Business units and functions across the organization to deliver value across key projects, improve Data and Dashboards and enable HR to be a data driven function.
